Vivian Chukwuemeka is a result-driven Project Manager with experience leading software development projects in the financial services sector. She played a key role in managing the development of projects where she utilized project management methodologies to streamline project timelines, milestones, and team collaboration.

Currently at Encrypse, Vivian oversees projects for various clients, ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery. With a background in Microbiology from Anchor University, Lagos, and hands-on research experience from the Nigerian Institute for Medical Research, she brings a unique blend of analytical and problem-solving approach to project management.

Passionate about efficiency and innovation, Vivian excels in coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and delivering high-impact solutions in the tech space.

Desmond Nnebue is a technology innovator and strategic leader with over half a decade of experience in software engineering, system architecture, and project management. Currently, he serves as a Chief Digital Officer for Encrypse, driving the innovation and the development of scalable systems in industries such as e-commerce, logistics, finance, renewable energies and governance.

Desmond’s expertise is complemented by a robust educational background in engineering and computer science, including a mini-MBA from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in Berlin. He is passionate about leveraging technology in leadership, business, governance, and raising the next generation of elite leaders.

As a passionate advocate for collaboration and cultural exchange, Desmond believes in the power of technology and business development to drive positive change.

Tobe Nnadozie is a seasoned professional known for his extensive expertise in innovation and digital technology. With a career spanning over three decades across both private and public sectors, Tobe has navigated diverse roles and industries with notable success.

Beginning in the Oil and Gas sector, Tobe transitioned to a pivotal role within the Federal Government before dedicating nearly 20 years to the Financial Services industry. He has held senior management positions in prominent banks and insurance firms, specializing in retail and business banking, transaction banking, and risk management.

Tobe’s academic journey includes earning an MBA from Bangor University in Wales, complemented by certifications as a Fellow of the British Computer Society and a Chartered Banker. He also holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and completed the Advanced Management Program at the prestigious Lagos Business School (AMP 26). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria (CIBN).

With a focus on enterprise architecture, electronic channels strategy, and organizational restructuring, Tobe drives impactful change through his expertise in project management and innovation. He has successfully developed finance products and go-to-market programs that resonate across diverse consumer segments, emphasizing innovation and enhancing customer experience.

Beyond his professional achievements, Tobe is passionately committed to mentoring young professionals, guiding them through their career journeys with joy and satisfaction. Currently serving as the Divisional Head of Technology and Innovations at Central Securities Clearing System Plc, Tobe spearheads efforts to drive technological advancements and foster innovation in the financial services landscape.
